Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Important exception: NorCal Bagger Supply covers the cost of return shipping when the item arrived wrong, defective, or the listing's fitment information was wrong or missing. If your order arrived with the wrong item, a defective item, or the fitment information in the listing was wrong or missing, we will pay the return shipping cost. Contact us first and we will arrange the return.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
