Fitment, Install & Rider Questions
Confirming fitment
Most of the parts we carry are made for Harley-Davidson touring (bagger) models. Before you order, check the FITMENT section on the product page for the exact year range and models that part is made for. For 2014 and newer Street Glide and Road Glide models, pay close attention to the year range: parts that fit an earlier touring frame do not always fit the redesigned 2024 and newer models, and some Road Glide parts also require separate internal fairing support brackets. If the year or model is not listed, or you are not sure a part fits your bike, email info@norcalbaggersupply.com or call 916-626-9030 and we will confirm before you order.
General installation notes
- Crash bars, handlebars, and floorboards install with basic hand tools.
- Torque all fasteners to the manufacturer specification.
- For handlebars, check cable slack at full lock in both directions before riding.
- Follow the product-specific installation instructions linked on the product page where a link is provided.
Frequently asked questions
How is shipping charged? Shipping is customer-paid FedEx, calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping.
What is the return policy? Returns are accepted within 30 days for items that are unused and in their original packaging. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the item is wrong or defective, or our fitment information was wrong, we cover the return shipping.
Why did my order arrive in more than one box? Parts ship direct from the manufacturer, so a multi-brand order may arrive in separate boxes.
Payment options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal at checkout. If checkout does not offer a payment method you need, contact us before ordering.
